I have had an overwhelming positive response to the session. With such as diverse staff, it is
difficult to please the majority but you seem to have managed it! Your easy-going manner and
knowledge of the subject maintained peoples' interest the whole afternoon. A common phrase now
being used is 'I steppedout of the box!'
